Brazil 1992. Se-tenant set from Serra da Capivara National Park.

Many of the numerous rock shelters in the Serra da Capivara National Park are decorated with cave paintings, some more than 25,000 years old.

They are an outstanding testimony to one of the oldest human communities of South America.

  • Brazil 1992. Se-tenant set from Serra da Capivara National Park. The stamp on the left with the orange spot and the jaguar in the center shows the park's extension. On the right stamp of the pair is a map of Brazil, and the national park marked with a darker colour.
