In 1995 Luxembourg was named European Cultural Capital, and at this occasion the below stamps by Hundertwasser were issued.

• Luxembourg 1995.  The painting "King of the Antipodes" was painted in mixed media in Paris 1991.

• Luxembourg 1995.  The painting "The Small Way" was painted in mixed media in Kaurinui, 1991.

• Luxembourg 1995.  "Arcade House with Yellow Tower" is an original design for the stamp.

• Luxembourg 1995.  First Day Cover, cancelled 6th March j1995, in Luxembourg.
